RRNS Pricing

only. If you require RRNC services for multi-family complexes, commercial buildings
or schools, check out our Commercial RRNC section.
> Passive system installation (no fan)
The passive RRNC system includes installation of a mitigation system that fully
adheres to the RRNC protocols set forth by the US EPA in the document Model Standards and Techniques for Control of Radon in New Residential
Buildings.. Building Radon Out: A Step-by-Step Guide on How to
Build Radon-Resistant Homes Upon completion of the home, final testing is conducted
and, if chosen, the passive system can be made active. A passive system is estimated
to reduce existing radon levels by 50%.
The fee for this service is $595. The passive RRNC system is covered by our
limited
5-year component warranty. The passive RRNC system is not covered
by our
limited lifetime performance warranty.
> Optional activation of passive system (fan installation)
The installation of a vertical fan to activate a passive RRNC system is optional.
When post-testing indicates an elevated level of radon gas, the optional fan activation
is guaranteed to reduce radon levels to below the US EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L.
The fee for this service is $395. The activated RRNC system is covered by
both our limited 5-year component and lifetime performance warranties.
